Our Services

Way to the Web Limited provides server management services and advice for servers running the cPanel control panel, and a suite of server administration applications to help server administrators manage and protect their servers.

Acceptance of your order

Our products and services are offered for sale subject to availability and our acceptance of your order, which we reserve the right to reject without reason. However, we will inform you as soon as possible if the products or services you have ordered are not available or if your order has not been accepted, and a full refund will be given for orders which are rejected.

Our products and services are offered to business  customers only. We do not sell directly to consumers or private individuals. We may contact you to verify your business status before accepting your order.

After you have placed an order with us for the purchase of products or services, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal or Stripe acknowledging that payment has been received in respect of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been accepted, subject to our  terms and conditions  (the “Order Acceptance”). The contract between us will only be formed when we send to you the Order Acceptance.

Order Process

Once you have placed an order for a product or service in our online store, we will process the order within 24 hours and contact you by email to indicate acceptance or rejection of your order and request the information we need you to provide so that the service  can be performed or product can be licensed.

Right of Cancellation

Your right to cancel service orders begins with your receipt of our acceptance email (see above) and ends after 14 days, or when we login to your server to begin the work, whichever is earlier. By logging a ticket on our helpdesk to request the work, you are indicating your agreement that the work can begin. Once we login to your server and begin the work, you no longer have the right to cancel your order.

Your right to cancel product license orders begins with your receipt of our acceptance email (see above) and ends after 14 days, or when you install the product on your server, whichever is earlier. Once you have installed the product and obtained the license, you no longer have the right to cancel your order.

To cancel your order, you can contact us by email or our helpdesk.

Refunds

A refund will only be provided if requested before we have connected to your server or you have installed the product. No refunds will be paid after this event.

Delivery of Services

Depending on the service ordered, we will endeavour to begin work within 24 to 72 hours from receiving all the information requested for the work in a support ticket on our online helpdesk. Please contact us if you have questions about service delivery times for a particular service. We can make no guarantee that the work will be done within this time as events beyond our control may prevent us from meeting this target.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Debit) or PayPal.

Prices

The prices shown on our website do not include UK VAT which is charged on all sales to UK based customers. The full price including VAT will be confirmed in the online store before payment is made.
