Online Helpdesk

To request help on any technical question regarding our commercial products or recently performed work please log a support request on the HelpDesk. This is the preferred method of raising support issues. Any emailed technical support requests will be referred back to the HelpDesk.

We do not offer support for our free scripts on the HelpDesk. Please visit the ConfigServer Community Forum for help with ConfigServer Security & Firewall and Login Failure Daemon, ConfigServer Mail Manage, ConfigServer Mail Queues, ConfigServer Modsecurity Control, and ConfigServer Explorer.

Normal Support Hours

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, Monday – Friday

Outside of these hours and on UK bank (public) holidays we do monitor the helpdesk for urgent support issues and do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible, but we are not able to provide a guaranteed out-of-hours emergency service. Installation work can usually be scheduled within the above hours on weekends.

ConfigServer Free Scripts

For assistance with our free scripts — ConfigServer Firewall, ConfigServer Mail Queues, ConfigServer Mail Manage, ConfigServer Modsecurity Control, and ConfigServer Explorer — please visit our ConfigServer Community Forum.

We are taking a short break and will close the store, helpdesk and email from Wednesday, 30 November through Tuesday, 6 December 2022.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period. We will reopen on Wednesday, 7 December 2022.
